The first impression of a company is often made as soon as the phone is answered. It's Linda's warm and heartfelt salutations that greet every caller to DynaGraphic Printing, and she has an uncanny ability to quickly recognize the caller's voice. Keeping track of the where-about of the sales people, getting quotes out, and sometimes running interference while she answers the phone doesn't shake her demeanor; she maintains a welcoming manner to everyone.
